Adirondack

Several years ago, I had a dream where I was obsessively arranging and rearranging a circle of chairs. That dream eventually became the basis for my Masters Thesis performance. What I came to understand in interpreting that dream is that, for me, chairs symbolize spaces in my heart for the people who inhabit my life. My house and yard are filled with a random collection of mismatched chairs as ecclectic and fascinating as the people they are metaphors for.

Photomontage over scanned clay monoprint output as a digital pigment print on canvas, 24"x34". Adirondack is currently unframed and available for purchase. Please call the studio for catalog prices.
