In the Spring of 2007 I submitted a proposal to create a collaborative mural for the entry hall of the newly remodeled Pomponio Family Science Center. The proposal was accepted and in the Fall of 2007 I worked collaboratively with my Electronic Imaging students and the Science faculty to create the mural seen below.

Various members of the science faculty provided images of their work or work with their students. My students took those images and manipulated them digitally to create large abstract images. These were printed on canvas and mounted on layered wooden panels. The steel bridges between the panels have a poem by Gerard Manley Hopkins printed by paper lithography.
